1 - What does my free & paid memberships entitle me to? Your free membership will give you access to our Members Zone with a map of all the activities for kids and families in your area and across the UK. Your premium membership will give you exclusive premium member benefits. These will change periodically but typically include activity discounts, free sessions and exclusive access.

2 - Can I get free activities with my membership? We have lots of free activities listed, as well as the occasional free pass to paid activities as part of our member benefits.

3 - Does the map show me local activities? Yes, your personalised map will centre around your current or home location to show you activities close to you.

4 - What about when I'm away from home? Simply allow the map to access your current location and it will revise your centre point for activities whether you're visiting Granny or taking a Staycation.

5 - Can I filter by categories? Yes, you can filter by activity category, age and price! We want it to be as easy and quick as possible for you to find the fun!

6 - What types of activities are included? We include Softplays, Swimming, Baby and Toddler Groups, Climbing Walls, Escape Rooms, Wildlife and Zoos, Farms, Parks, Outdoor Adventures, Libraries, Lazer Tag and much, much more. On top of this we are always adding new activities and categories. We aim to be the most comprehensive list of fun activities for kids anywhere.

7 - What if I'm not happy with my premium membership? If you aren't satisfied for any reason within the first month we will give you a full refund, no questions asked, But we are confident you and your kids will love it!

8 - What aged children are the activities for? We include activities from newborn to teenagers and everything in between.

9 - How many people does my membership apply to? Each membership is valid for two adults of the same household. There's no limit on the number of kids! *Discounts and offers are subject to the rules of the individual provider.

10 - Can I connect with other parents? We are currently developing this functionality. You will be able to comment and discuss individual activities as well as connecting through our members zone and social media.

11 - Are SEND and wheelchair-friendly activities clearly marked? We are actively building on the information we have about each activity, SEND accessibility and provisions are right at the top of that priority list. We currently have some activities marked with more information and locations coming soon!

12 - Can I book activities straight through your website? Not currently, but we are working on it!

13 - I know an activity which isn't listed. Amazing! please contact us with information and we may be able to add it
